Welcome to the energydots.co.uk website terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this site and/or placing an order you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Use of the Website
You are provided with access and use of this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
You warrant that:
- The personal information which you are required to provide is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects;
- You will notify of any changes to your personal information by contacting the Phi Team by e-mail or phone.
We reserve the right to modify or remove any or all features of our website, with or without notice and we shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any such modification or removal. We also retain the right to amend the Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website shall be deemed as your acceptance to such amendments.
We will treat all your personal information as confidential. Your personal information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act. When you create an online account with us you will have the option to sign up to our newsletter which means you will receive information from us regarding new products or upcoming promotions either via post, e-mail or telephone. We will not disclose your details to third parties unless expressly agreed.

Purchase of Products
Ordering and Availability
You can order directly through our secure online store. All online card payments are handled by the Payment Service Provider PayPal. This means that all transactions will take place on a Secure Server and will be encrypted between your browser and the server. For more details about PayPal, visit the PayPal website at http://www.paypal.com.
We will take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a unauthorised third party procures access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.
If a product you have ordered is currently unavailable then we will contact as soon as possible. You will then have the option to wait until the product becomes available or a refund will be offered.
If for any reason you wish to cancel or amend your order once it has been processed please see our Returns and Refunds policy below.
Contract creation and electronic contracting
When you order our products you are entering into a contract between yourself and Global EMF Solutions Ltd.
The technical steps required to create the contract between us, “Global EMF Solutions Ltd”, and you, the “Customer”, are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
- We will send you an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.
- When your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation of despatch email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of your contract with us will take place when your order is despatched unless you have informed us you have cancelled your order in accordance with our Cancellation procedure set out below, or we have notified you that the order cannot be accepted.
Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following:
- The product ordered is not in stock or currently unavailable
- Payment was not completed or authorised
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
We will notify you as soon as possible if we are unable to process your order for any reason. If you have any queries regarding any non-acceptance of orders then please contact the Phi Team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery Times and Charges
We like to keep you fully informed on the progress of your order. Once you have placed an order you will receive acknowledgement of your order via email. We will send you a further email once your order has been completed. This will confirm the date, contents and method of delivery. All orders aim to be despatched within 2 working days of receipt and will be sent by First Class Royal Mail. Please allow up to 7-28 days for delivery of your order depending on location.
Product costs include VAT but exclude delivery costs. You will be made aware of these charges prior to confirming your order. We reserve the right to amend delivery charges where applicable.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If you have recently ordered from us and think that delivery of your order is overdue please contact us on email@example.com. Please include your order number in all correspondence. We will endeavour to respond to enquiries within 48 Hours.
In spite of all our efforts there can be some unforeseen delays in delivery for which we cannot be held accountable for so please check with your local post office regarding delivery issues.
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall at all times remain vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us.
You acknowledge and agree that all material and content contained within the Website is for your personal non-commercial use only. Download of content onto hard drive for purposes of ordering is permitted but no further use of this material is authorised.
Compliance with Laws
The Website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations with regards to the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.
Limitations of Liability
While we take reasonable care to ensure that the information provided on this Website is accurate, we make no warranties, either express or implied in relations to its accuracy. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. We will not be held liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality items, but we also know that there may be times when you wish to return or exchange a product, so below is our Cancellation and Returns policy.
Cancelling or Amending an Order
To cancel or make changes to an existing order please email firstname.lastname@example.org, ensuring you include your order number in all correspondence. If your order is cancelled before it has been dispatched, the order will be cancelled at your request with no additional charge to you. Any monies paid will automatically be credited to the card used to pay for the goods.
Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations
Please note that you are entitled to cancel your purchase contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products. This right applies to all of our products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel after your order has already been despatched we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the products and they remain unused and in the original packaging. To exercise your right to cancel please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Procedure below.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If you believe an item has been damaged in transit then you can always return it to us and we will be happy to provide you with a replacement. We do ask that you inspect your package for damage caused in transit, as soon as possible after receipt. If you do believe such damage has occurred please report it, if possible, to the person who delivered it to you. Please then contact the Phi Team at email@example.com who will arrange for collection and replacement of the damaged product.
If you feel that your product is defective or faulty then please contact customer services either by phone or email with a description of the defect. We can then arrange for the item to be returned or collected, and ensure you receive a replacement of the faulty product.
Please ensure that the Phi Team have been contacted prior to you returning an item, either by e-mail, phone or post.
To return an item please print and fill in the Returns Slip (available via this link), giving the reason for return, either contract cancellation, faulty product or received in error. Please package the item securely and send it together with the Returns Slip to:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as items unreturned to us will still be charged. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they were faulty.
Once the goods have been returned and are verified to be in a re-saleable condition, the card used for payment will be credited with the original purchase price, less any delivery costs incurred.
We will send email confirmation of your return once it has been processed.
